Getting ready to paint #live with audience interaction is hard (but rewarding!) work! Few of my steps this week: 🎨 Design a piece that catches the eye of those walking by 🎨 Sketch out a piece that is challenging, but not intimidating 🎨 Select paint colours that are complimentary no matter where the paint is placed on the canvas 🎨 Confirm a colour pallet that compliments the brand I am representing 🎨 Find clothes that I feel comfortable in, that is approperiate for a corporate setting that I am also okay getting covered in paint (should I take my chances in this purple top that has sleeves?!?) 🎨 Pack and choose all materials that are mobile and will fit in the designated space 🎨 Reseach the audience and prepare for any questions that they may ask I am super excited to pre for next weeks event @cmeexpo with the amazing @mccevents If you are attending stop by :)

🎨 It's time fill your summer with CREATIVITY 🎨 My name is Tab and I run TabCreates - I host local paint classes in New Tecumseth. My mission statement is simple; inspire, create and have fun (with a little theory of course!). I have been working on art programs with various companies and associations including The Dance Workshop, South Asian Network of Simcoe, South Simcoe Arts Council, Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Contact Community Services, Boyne River Public School, and much more. In a nut shell I offer: Kids Classes (Ages 4—11) 1-2 hour classes throughout the summer Average cost is $25.00 per person. Available during the week, after work and on weekend. Private Parties (All Ages) Best for groups of 5 or more. Family Parties, Wine Nights, Birthdays, Corporate Celebrations. Prices vary based on location, activity and number of people. Most classes are focused acrylic on canvas with a sprinkle of drawing, colour theory and composition. Private classes are all customized with all materials included. I find my education (BA Arts), personality and experience provides me the tools to create memorable experiences for all ages. The Big ECLIPSE.. Is NEXT WEEK! Registration is now open for our P.A.Day Art and Dance Camp. Open to new and current students ages 4 to 10. This camp is a collaboration between The Dance Workshop and TabCreates. Equal time will be spent painting and dancing. $35 hst included - the class will take place at The Dance Workshop, located downtown Alliston.
